Defective upon delivery

The box was undamaged when I received the goods, but when I opened it I saw that both plugs (USB?) were broken and could be moved easily. These items are also not tied to the Wii Remote.

Pros

Applicable models: Connect Wii MotionPlus to the Wii Remote to improve accuracy and enhance playback controls in compatible games. The precise response to movements, even a slight twist of the wrist or body, can be faithfully reproduced on the TV screen, giving the user a better immersion in the Wii game.
