Complete disappointment, the product is not at all what I imagined.

There are no complaints about the station itself. It works perfectly. Smart devices connect quickly.
Negative to the support service of the station. Since November, I have not been able to get an answer from them - Where is my trial period, which was declared when buying the station? And if I didn't like the services, what then?
