I bought this air purifier because I'm allergic to dust and pet dander but I don't want to get rid of my pets. For many years I suffered from terrible nasal discharge that made me very sick when I woke up. My allergist recommended very expensive air purifiers and I couldn't afford them. I decided to try this to see how it works. The block itself is very pretty and doesn't take up much space on my dresser. It has a built-in night light with a soft green glow. It makes a very nice soft white noise that helped me sleep. But the best part is that after a night with him I woke up with almost no nose drops on average this morning. I hope this continues to be effective in reducing my allergy symptoms. The only downside I've come across so far is that I don't have a guide on how to purchase replacement air filters. The user manual says the filter needs to be replaced after 2000 hours, which is monitored by the device itself, but there are no instructions on how to purchase a replacement. The user manual says page 12 is for customer support, but page 12 is blank. Hopefully I can find a replacement filter in due course.
