I ordered a blue and a gray version of this backpack first and the blue was fantastic and that Gray was much thinner and thinner. It was like the gray was a fake or a cheaper industrial version. For example, the padding on the back was thinner and the front fabric had no padding between layers of fabric, so it was wrinkled and didn't look as neat as the blue version. Interestingly, the blue one had a manufacturer's label sewn inside the main compartment, but the thinner gray one didn't. I decided to take a chance and try ordering a second gray and the second gray I received (after waiting a few days for the gray to be back in stock) was of a much better quality than the first grey and looked like it too. to the blue we received (including the manufacturer's label sewn into the main compartment). That means if your pack doesn't have the manufacturer's label sewn into the main compartment, you may have gotten a cheaper industrial version. Please note that all 3 backpacks were ordered from the same manufacturer/seller and are made by Revain Prime. Therefore 5 stars for the high quality version of this backpack and 2 stars for the cheaper version. This company needs to better control the quality of their backpacks.
