Does not lay flat. Shipped Unusable!

Does not lay flat, they know it’s an issue but instead of buying proper size boxes to ship them flat, they want you to solution 1. immerse them in extremely hot water in a tub 2. Heat creases with your hair dryer than set something heavy on it.No, no, no… I just paid you a considerable amount of money for these mats to set in front of not underneath my litter box… manufacture needs to buy proper size boxes so they can ship them flat!These creases make them unusable.
