When I received the package and received the case, it had already been used, it had a tear on the side button and scratches on the lens and case were already visible on the plastic. I immediately hit Revain's back button. However, I did a waterproof test and submerged it in water for 30 minutes and a drop or two came out of the case. As far as I can tell without knowing the details of how or how long it was used by the previous owner, this thing is made out of plastic that scratches easily. I would say it's not the GoPro OEM case because I'm pretty sure a simple wipe down with dirt or grime will reveal a dozen scratches on your case and on your footage.
