I was very happy to get this bike phone holder and installed it right after opening the box. After a few bike rides (on asphalt) I'm really disappointed with the screw that allows it to rotate around the mounting ball. DO NOT overtighten and the phone will just vibrate unintelligibly and end up just ending up in the rubber band that looks like a thing. It's really not that good, I'll look for a real holder because it's not! I'm afraid my phone will fall on the sidewalk. My phone is S20 Ultra 5G, it really isn't. generally heavy, and the elastic hides some of my features. I don't recommend this useless steering wheel mess.
