Edit July 2021: Updated to reflect support contacted me and offered either a replacement or refund. I opted for a refund and they accepted it with no problem. I had to send it in myself, but I was reimbursed for the shipping costs. Of course, this went well beyond the normal return window. I'll add 1 star for resolution although it's been a long time. Original in 2020: Got this robot a few months ago. Used a few times and not as good as hoped but still useful for in-between cleans if you don't mind picking up the occasional afterwards. It also turns out that a "free gift" isn't free. When I tried to get it I got an email saying I have to give 5 stars first. So yes. Buy reviews. Offered to give an honest review but they repeated the same thing so no thanks. I give 3 stars for the robot and minus 1 star for purchase ratings. PRO: - not too loud in normal mode. I've never put it on quiet mode, so I think it could be even quieter if you sacrifice a little suction. - The app is easy to use and syncing was easy. CONS: - There are a few scratches on the top, who knows where? So it seems that it is easily scratched and looks ugly, but the functionality is not affected. Most of the time he'll wander around randomly for 10 minutes before finding it. But it is rarely possible to find it over time. -voice control; I can't connect it to Google Home. Support says it's investigating, but nothing. Cleaning doesn't clean everything? Some areas are repeated several times, others are skipped. It seems to depend on hitting an object and then doing a random turn, if it does it too many times it thinks it's done but always gets most of the area. - Suction power for slightly larger items is not very good. It seems to be picking up a lot of dust, which is great, but I had a small dry leaf and it kept spitting it out. It wasn't a big sheet (1.5 inch) - the battery dies in 45 minutes. Maybe longer with silent mode. I hope this helps someone else so they know and not just buy based on purchased reviews. After all, the robot is okay, but not great.
