    Missing features and customer service

    The robot cannot be set to automatically clean certain areas of your home. Also, I can't figure out how to clear all memory so that when it gets stuck and I move it, it doesn't go back to the same place. I tried emailing the company for help as the instructions are totally useless as well as the website but they still haven't responded (more than a month has passed).

    We love this vacuum cleaner 💓

    We love this robot. We have LVP and floor tiles with carpets so this guy is perfect. Our home is in the country so sand and mud are a constant thing, especially with four kids at home. We've tested most modes and couldn't be happier. It sucks, doesn't stick and has no problems with carpets. It wipes and doesn't seem to shed stains or excess water. It's quiet so we can continue our virtual work/study while it's running. The functions are simple and we had no problems using the app and the remote

    My first floor cleaning robot! This is a vacuum cleaner + mopping robot, you just need to change the nozzle to change suction mode or mopping mode. You can turn it on with the remote control or download an app to control the robot.     I was initially in love with this robot. Works great on both carpet and hardwood floors. Then I found problems with the application of Google Play. I contacted support who contacted the developer who responded to my email quickly. The problem with my robot was due to dirty sensors, so I recommend you clean them with Qtip alcohol.     My Q5 robotic vacuum cleaner arrived a day early and in perfect condition. The battery had enough charge to set up and connect to my WiFi network. Realizing I'd opted for the photo of the white Q5 when asked to add the device, it all came together perfectly. I chose black, which matched my vacuum for the first time.     Let me start by saying that I don't like writing reviews mainly because I'm a very busy woman with little free time which is why I literally got this vacuum cleaner.     Excellent carpet vacuuming

    Since I bought the robot, the vacuum cycle has only been run twice. The first ran on hardwood and the second in a single room on carpet. The carpet cycling was the most impressive as I saw it zigzagging almost constantly. I can also see passages in the carpet as if it were a regular vacuum cleaner.
