Perfect replacement. All in all it took about 30 minutes to disassemble the old pad and install a new one. I will confess I was initially skeptical about the color match to my other plastic interior (grey) and the fact that the new cushion sits flush with the seat (OCD on those things) but to my complete satisfaction, new gasket no problem . The plastic is flush with the seat base, the color goes (very) well with my interior to be happy with a replacement. I figured I needed some soft, plush factory padding, but then again, it'll just pop up again in a few years. permanent use. This plastic gasket alternative is well made, has obvious durability, and seems easier to keep clean. I strongly recommend watching the video I've attached for those who don't understand how to install it. I would use the new rosette clips to mark your positions on the old rosette clip insert so you can line up the holes that need to be precisely drilled (very easy) to release the clips in the old console rosette insert. From there, pull and plug in a new one. In less than 10 seconds you will have a brand new console. Would highly recommend this product to anyone with an F-150! Thanks very much!
