I'm old and slow so it took me 90 minutes to unbox the chair and assemble it myself. This is a beautiful chair that matches the product photos. I use it at home on soft, low pile carpet so the little wheels don't roll as easily. I have to get up to move a chair. Maybe I'll get some spare rollerblades later. The padding seems good. The chair is well made and the assembly instructions are easy to understand. I am an overweight elderly woman and fit perfectly in a chair. This chair would be too small for a tall person or an obese person; hands too close together. The seat height is easily adjustable. The tilting mechanism is stiff at first, but loosens up. The biggest downside is the seat padding. everything was fine on the first day, but after five days of use the seat flattened out so you're sitting on a hard board. I kept the loose cushion I used in my old chair and am using it again in this one. I can't complain because I can't afford a good quality work chair and this one is a decent quality.
