My 100 lb Rottweiler Hound mix ruptured the cruciate ligament and was $3,900 to fix. I was surfing the internet to see if there was a bandage that could help her with her ailments until we could get her operated and I came across this product. Based on the reviews I was very skeptical about buying these braces as people said they were too big. Well I took all her measurements and decided to order them large based on everything. I got it in the mail and put it on right away. I hated it at first, but that was because I put it on the wrong way round. Guilty. I figured out how to put it on properly and now it works great. She still takes anti-inflammatory meds while wearing a corset, but doesn't pretend it bothers her. It would be nice if the material would regulate itself. So if it really needed some tightening or loosening, it might be. Otherwise it does what it should.
