Review on 💾 PNY XLR8 SSD9SC240GMDA-RB - 240GB SATA 6Gbps 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive by Luis Nelson

I originally bought this because it was the best deal I found for an SSD of this size. I had never heard of this brand but I saw good reviews about it so I gave it a try. The box was packaged very well and installation was easy. It actually only has about 110GB of free space, so be careful. I bought this as a second hard drive for my laptop which has two hard drive bays. I only have Windows 8.1 and a few other programs here, and my old 750GB hard drive is now being used for storage. I used third party cloning software to put all my stuff here and it worked fine. No cloning software is provided. As for speed, it's fantastic. Now I can cold boot my PC in less than 10 seconds. If you need to upgrade an old computer, this is perfect for that. I've had it for about a month and a half now and so far I haven't had any issues with speed loss or anything weird. i still like it
