As long as they are solid. You look good too. They come with a set of black rubber bleed nipples that double as plugs for the metal lines they connect to. That's nice to have as long as you can get everything in place without making a big mess or wasting brake fluid. The rubber attachment washer in the middle of the cord was a bit loose in the mount, but I just pinched the mount a little to make it a little tighter around the rubber. This kit comes with a metal disc that I originally used above where it connects to the hard line. I ended up taking it out because it was leaking while I was bleeding the system. I have 05 xi, maybe they are needed for another model?
