Cardboard liners aren't very strong, but you can always cut a piece of cardboard from those extra Amazon boxes and put them in to make them more durable. I don't plan on carrying them with me so they are perfect for my needs. They are only there to hide/keep the clutter on my shelf. Although they smell strange. Hope it resolves soon.
