Works but I hate the way the folding spring secures the mop to the handle. I took it all apart and used bits from my brass scraper to make a solid mount like the original scraper I've been using for 20 years. I bought the new style because I thought the new shiny stainless steel would last longer and look new longer. But every time you squeeze the strain relief spring, the scraper will fall apart when you're in the air at 30 feet or even higher. Getting off and collecting the gear is very difficult and also dangerous for people walking next to you or around you Stairs. My father owned B&S cleaning company for 42 years and I started my cleaning business for Allen 13 years after he retired. I just felt the need to post a review before someone gets hurt by falling mop bits or gets fired because your tools keep breaking and you've seen 5 x mop yearly extraction for window cleaning.
