The laptop itself has many problems. The fans are too loud, it gets very hot, the battery life is terrible even when you're not gaming. It took less than 2 hours while I was at school using just a web browser and a text document. The trackpad is buggy and doesn't work as smoothly as on other computers I've had. It feels very cheap, and sometimes you have to press to move the cursor. Gigabyte's customer support is sloppy and takes forever to respond. So if you're having trouble with your computer, you're in luck if you can get help. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone. The only positive thing about this laptop was the picture quality.
