Use it to trim my dog's nails

my friend doesn't like his nails trimmed. Now he's 13 and I didn't want to burden him any further. Now he is blind, he has diabetes, they give him insulin twice a day and once a month they put a needle to measure his blood sugar. When it came time to trim his nails, he struggled with all his might, which also hurt his hips. It just got easier with this tool. He grinds them up quickly and doesn't hear the clicking sound that gets him running.
