The customer support is excellent, they are quick at responding with any questions or concerns that you may have! They do not over charge for their services like other companies I've used in this space (like Wistia). It's important as an agency owner/marketer of our clients' websites we're able to provide them quality tools so it allows us more control when managing content creation projects from afar vs being physically there every step along way - which can be costly if anything goes wrong down stream!! We use applandrr primarily because its easy enoughtetme build custom templates but also has great integrations wth Zapier where i'm constantly creating new workflows using those apps & platforms suchas Slack etc..
