I didn't actually use this skirt on my bed. At that time I bought two skirts without knowing which color would match my interior. Both skirts exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, but the ribbing on this skirt seemed to fit a bit wider and easier. At this great price, having another for future use outweighed returning it. My daughter saw him and said she was looking for him. She has a double bed, it was a double bed. I told her to give it a try so I gave her the needles (ordered separately) I had left over and by ruffling the skirt a little here and there she was able to get it working on her bed. She loves it. This wrap skirt is very easy to put on. No need to lift a heavy mattress. I suggest ordering pins to hold the skirt in place. I tried without and the skirt flew off in places when I changed the sheets. Another tip posted by another reviewer was to put the skirt in the dryer with a damp (pulled out) washcloth to remove any wrinkles from the packaging. This worked for me and saved me the time of not ironing it. This bed bumper is a simple and inexpensive way to add the finishing touch to your bed. A bed skirt adds a bit of sparkle, and if like me you use storage under your bed, this is a must.
