I wanted to wait until I had used the scrubber for a few days so I could get to know the product sufficiently before writing a review. After many uses over the past week, I'm happy to tell you that I'm really happy with the quality and performance! First I was looking for a solution to the smelly sponges problem. I would sanitize my traditional sponge by boiling or microwaving, but I could never let it dry completely as I had to use it intermittently throughout the day. I needed something that didn't contain that much bacteria and I came across this product. I'm glad I chose this brand over others I've looked at because there were so many in the pack that I knew was risky if I didn't like the product. The scraper is strong yet flexible, allowing me to scrape stubborn cooking grime off pans or into the ridges of my toddler's spill-proof cups. Some of the reviews I've read have complained that it doesn't hold soap like a sponge, but I don't seem to have that problem. I agree that it doesn't mimic the "lather" of a sponge, but it does lather and the small amount of soap I put on it goes through several dishes before applying another small amount. Rinses off quickly and tolerates hot water well. I went even further to see him doing chores other than washing dishes. My husband is a mechanic so I took him to the bathroom to get rid of the inevitable grease he leaves behind. With hot water, soap and some grease, the scrubber worked great! Best of all I didn't have any oily rags or sponges that would never get the oil back on. The next thing I used was my husband's work clothes to stain treat before throwing them in the washing machine. Did a great job on oil stains, didn't damage clothes and after a quick lift, tossed the scrubber in the washing machine along with the store! Came out clean and I let it air dry. The product is versatile and I can't wait to see what else I come up with. The only thing I will say is that I don't yet know the life expectancy of an individual mop, but of course I'm sure like everyone else that it depends on how often and for what purpose it is used. Another beautiful scent! Not overpowering, but a light aroma is refreshing.
