I like how easy it was to use; there are no hard-to-find features or options out in front you when first logging into your work account for this product as compared with other products such as Salesforce (for example).
If users can make simple edits after they've been created within their workspace then its great! This allows them time off from thinking about what's next while keeping all information related together at one place so far. Nothing really since i haven't used enough yet but seems pretty straight forward/easy once set up correctly though if u're not familiar could take some getting used too - best thing would be having someone who knows well before starting if possible give guidance / support through setup process etc..
