The sleeve length is good. The body size and hood is good. The pockets let the whole hand in - but I wouldn't trust my phone to stay inside. The length is not what I hoped. When I wear yoga pants or tight exercise pants I'd like complete coverage in the back. Six inches longer would be even better since the bottom edging allows for the wearer to adjust placement. I pulled down as hard as possible in the back but still couldn't reach my legs. So, this is great for the house, but not in public.
