I like the pump. It does what is described. My only problem is that I misunderstood what the usage is all about. I need to install a faucet in a homemade wooden sink I made for my small kitchen. Based on the photos I figured I could lower the water pipe a few feet into a 5 gallon water bottle. no The pump must be connected directly to the bottle. I can still use it for this with a few modifications. I think the hose is the same size as the 1/2" CPVC. So I think I can extend the pipe about 2.5 feet into the bottle. Assuming it can swing from a longer distance. Another solution is this to lift the 5 gallon bottle. I would prefer not to. I may have confused the description of this pump with a battery powered pump. However, I like that this pump does not require AC or DC power. -Wilhelm
