I use them to make marshmallows and love the size! They're almost big enough to hold an entire batch of marshmallow batter, which is a nice touch. I also like how they are so twisted that they actually stay twisted. I've bought other pouches that come with a "dispenser" but the pouches end up not working with the dispenser because they either hang loose or just fall out of the dispenser due to its poor construction. This is a very sturdy box that converts into a dispenser and the bags stay rolled up almost too well! I agree with that because it ensures they don't turn around and make a mess. I also bought the smaller ganache and I love it! I will continue to order these bags as long as Revane wears them.
