This is amazing! Only used them up to 30mph on the beach camping in gusts of wind but they held up no problem. I used a bowline knot with a small amount of line, tied it to my tarp, and then used a long bowline with a pole to lightly tighten the tarp. Of course they can be tightened easily, but I had to find a way to loosen them. It's actually very easy to just turn them in the opposite direction (forget where I found the instructions but the manufacturer had a video). They are way better (easier, faster, lighter) than the Nite Ize nines I've used before and I'll be using them on many future hikes!
