Review on Orion Motor Tech Fuel Pressure Gauge: Professional Fuel Injection Pressure Tester for All Fuel Systems by Don Pintac

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Everything is fine and it works

Bought for my 1996 Explorer to test 40-50psi fuel pressure. Right out of the box, a brass fitting (if it really is brass) is cut into the Schrader valve fitting on the fuel rail. Luckily, a small bug removed it. Instructions apply to 1991 models only. You don't really need them. There are so many fixtures out there that I was able to get them to work. There are actually a lot of fittings and adapters in this kit and I can't imagine not putting something together to measure the pressure. It's a nice big gauge and it's easy to read. Overall it worked pretty well despite the broken brass cheese adapter piece. I would recommend it, but don't use the brass cheese thing. His grief is waiting to happen.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
