Changing the headlights to diode headlights was not difficult. They made it easy. I've had a few weeks and was only spending 1/2 hour a day on it (give or take 10 minutes). When I first put them on I honestly thought I was going to be stopped. You were so bright! I liked them so much I bought a set for my brother. But this morning I noticed that not only do they go on and off every now and then (yes I have decoders and such) but they aren't nearly as bright as they were 2 weeks ago. I think I can say almost unimpressed as I was at first. The display is now one off. Even you h I saw a 3 year warranty, they tell me there is no 1 year.
