I tried two different models of this Dorman product before deciding on this Motorcraft product. They weren't set up properly for my car even though they indicated so. The gears broke because the gears were trying to move the door further than they should. This Motorcraft product has been matched exactly to what was originally in the car. 2010 Ford Escape V6 with dual temperature controls. This engine is located on the passenger side under the console and can be accessed without removing additional components.
