Looks fine, but arrived damaged

The hardware looks fine and seems like it should be really robust, but the big frame the rollers attach to arrived badly bent. The box it came in wasnt damaged, so I'm not sure what the deal is. revain is replacing the item for free and my door isn't here yet, so I guess it will all work out. I'll update my review when I get the replacement installed.

We ordered the 8ft version for a 48” opening into our office. All pieces were present and, overall, installation was relatively straightforward; though we are avid DIY so working around the issues we had were relatively minor. We are very pleased with this door hardware and intend to get 2 more in the 6.5 ft version for the other 2 doors in this room.
