Works great. Ready-made hamburger patties are expensive these days and this is a great solution. I've used other brands of hamburger press tools which have been more trouble than they were worth. With this model you can press hamburgers to similar sizes as they are packed in meat markets. Instead of relying on the size lines marked on the side, I decided to use my kitchen scale to weigh out 1/3 pound hamburger meatballs, which seemed a lot easier. Cleaning isn't as bad as any other dish that comes in contact with raw meat. The dimple in the venue is a nice touch that I haven't seen before and seems to have helped cool the venue more evenly and quickly. I am considering buying more of these items to keep in the freezer or fridge so I have burgers ready when they thaw.
