Light use is cool, heavy use is not.
After using the 90 degree extensions, I think the ball joint extensions might be more useful for car repairs. I had an extension between the fender and the fuel tank when I removed the suspension mounts. BUT short sockets would also help. Anyway, with the help of a torque wrench and one of the gearboxes from this kit, I was able to mount three tires on the machine. The gearbox of the last tire blew and I had to contact MacGyver. The poles are strong. Universal 90 degree extensions are useful but should be reconsidered if space is at a premium. Transmissions break, perhaps for physical reasons, under the influence of human force.
