Love the concept, some reviewers say the cups cracked trying to put the lid on. Well if you follow the instructions and place the mug in the sleeve provided and then put the lid on it closes perfectly and doesn't break. Love the concept of being able to make several of these ahead of time with a tight lid to keep the coffee fresh until ready to use. But this product was clearly rushed to market and I suspect it was made by someone who doesn't even use it or kcup in general. Problems: It doesn't work in version 2.0. But paste the liberty clip and the problem is solved. The earth really comes into your mug. I tried 1 scoop then 1/2 scoop and same problem. I brewed the same on normal and strong setting and the result was the same after brewing. There is no difference in the fortress. The water will keep dripping on completion and you'll get a 'Have Fun' message on screen - plan to clean up anything that drips within the next 3 or 4 minutes. Water drips after you take the capsule out of the car and drips onto your floor all the way to the trash can. Brewing real kcup at 10 ounces will give you about 20% more coffee than you would with them. I guess 20% is what comes out after it's done. Again, the concept is fantastic, but don't rush to market the product until it's ready because many of us won't trust you in the future and won't come back to try again. The rest is in my trash.
