The platform is easy to use and the customer support is excellent. The dashboard is very useful and gives us a great overview of the supply chain. There is nothing that I dislike. We have been using the platform for a year now and we haven't noticed any downsides. The main challenge that we faced was getting the right people in the right roles and to fully understand the platform. We have been able to solve this by working with our sales team. We have a very complex supply chain that we need to manage. The platform has allowed us to manage our supply chain effectively.
