I like that it is easy to use, has great reporting features, and is customizable for each organization in ways not found elsewhere. There are some things missing (such as being able to add custom fields or filters). It can be difficult at times to figure out what you need to do next when there seems to be an error somewhere along the way. The platform is easy to use and the customer support is excellent. The dashboard is very useful and gives us a great overview of the supply chain. There is nothing that I dislike.
