Works exactly as described, magnets are just the right strength to sit on the vise jaws yet allow for easy movement. The pre-punched holes will also come in handy, very happy to have shaped them. They don't have fender ends, so make sure you insert them into the jaws correctly. I have a vise with 4" jaws, so there's about 2" of extra material, but that's not a problem for me, and if I ever upgrade to a larger vise in the future, those jaws will do. They are necessary for anyone wanting to run any kind of gun business, which is why I bought them. They also come in handy when you want to stuff something you don't want to mess up. The only real downside I see with them is that you lose about 1/2 inch of total jaw opening distance when using them, just something to keep in mind. The picture is somewhat misleading; the ones I received are more orange than yellow, but I don't mind that. Other than that, it's great!
