Received them spontaneously and started using them about once a day after brushing my teeth. The difference is noticeable, but my teeth haven't turned an unnatural bright white color, which I really appreciate. If you use them more often than I do, the results could be stronger, but I wanted to keep my natural white. It's a bit annoying that my teeth stay dry for a while after applying it, but it doesn't last too long; and afterwards I didn't notice any strong chemical aftertaste from the product either. I really recommend these BC, they are great for the price!
