Review on Neoteck Portable 3.5Mm Headphone Amplifier With Bluetooth 5.0 Receiver, Two-Stage Gain Switch, 16-150 Ohm HiFi Earphone Amp, Aluminum Matte Surface by Gary Zielinski

I initially bought this for travel as the portable bluetooth amp I had fpr 6 years finally stopped charging.Found this with decent reviews and WAY below budget and could be here next day. Also liked it had Low and High Gain settings for different headphones and IEMs.Got it next day, charged it up and tossed into my bag. Board plane and unpack with some JBL Club Ones (32ohms).WOW.this thing gets LOUD.looked at it and it was set to Low.switched it to High and SWEET BEGEEZUS.Got home after trip and tried out some IEMs and more Headphones.all IEMs needed to be on Low as expected.ran through some Grado, Sennheiser, Audio Technica, Monolith M1060c, and decided to try my HiFiMan HE 560s.Planar Magnetics at 45ohm.and daggum.it pushed them GREAT.not ear bleeding.but much better than I expected for a value bluetooth portable amp.I am VERY pleased! 5 stars!UPDATE: after about 5 months I started getting clipping on the left channel.then no sound.was disappointed but for what equated to about $7 a month.not super upset. Looked back at the order and papers and it mentioned Warranty.laughed at myself.but said.what the heck.I'll email them about what the process is and see if it's even worth it to pack and ship back etc.Sent the email and within 24 hrs Got a response asking to validate my shipping address and very apologetic and concerned about their product. Asked if I was OK with them sending me a new unit to use.no need to send back original.WHAT? SURE!That was last Thursday 01/13.it got here 01/18.been using for two days with no issues.and hope it continues.regardless.I'll be looking into other Neoteck products for the Customer Service alone.
