I have a 38-39" bust, slim build and the medium size fits me perfectly with plenty of padding room. I wish the jacket had a lining for the occasional rainy day but it doesn't. Also, it's well built and the armor feels a bit heavy and looks like it'll get the job done. Ventilation is excellent and there isn't even a jacket. The sleeves are quite long and comfortable. My long arms are perfect. I'm not a big fan of velcro but once again my expectations are met, for the price it's really good. I'm considering buying another WD device to go with it. Me too, but lazier, I missed the 20% discount coupon.
