I was looking for a cleaver and found this one.this knife seemed to have a good mix of size and weight so I ordered it.The first thing i noticed is that this cleaver really has some heft to it. I love that it will chop anything I put on my board.I also like the handle. It's comfortable and the wood has a nice finish on it. Washing the knife by hand will keep the handle and blade in good shape.so high marks here.Lastly, the blade. While I love a good knife, I am by no means an expert but this thing seems to have a great edge to it and it cuts great. My exposure to knives has come thru some restaurant experience, but mostly cooking at home.so I know what I like. Overall, this seems to be a really solid knife that was priced below many of the other knives I had looked at. In the end, really happy that I picked up this cleaver!
