I was nervous because of the feedback that the small size is too tight for small people. However, I'm 5'2 and about 115 lbs. It works very well on my shoulder. It slows me down but reminds me to calm down. I have terrible tendonitis in my shoulder due to an injury. I have to keep giving injections to numb the pain. This bandage helped me not to strain it and not increase the pain. So far I'm very happy with them. It's uncomfortable to wear under clothes so I have to wear it where people can see. I ordered pink. I think my ONLY complaint about myself is that I had to order black to match all my clothes. All my fault!
