Works best but has motion detection flaws

The device is easy to connect and the addition of labels on the cables makes it ideal for those who don't like working with electricity and switches. I didn't have the test feature on my old one and it was a great feature. The problem is related to the quality of the device itself. I dropped the cheaper models because it was a well known brand and I expected more. For what I got I should have saved a few bucks and gone with the nameless. The device itself has a rotating ball that allows you to adjust the angle of the motion sensor. Great, and almost all have a similar system. There is a screw there that appears to be designed to reduce ball friction to fix the ball's position once adjusted. The screw doesn't do anything, it just turns. I don't know if mine was stripped, but I can't safely lock the ball joint. It's free. Not only out of position, but I worry about it being moved out of position on a windy day, which takes about 30 minutes to get the angle right where I wanted it to be. Touch the motion sensor lightly and it will move out of position and there is no way to fix it. Secondly. The advertised detection at 70 feet is VERY optimistic. I get 30 feet max. This is really about a 2.5 star product just because it works but if I had run out. 5€ cheaper and I would buy one like that.
