First I have some Silverstone products. They are usually a bit more expensive, but always well made. The thing is well made, but unfortunately poorly constructed. The only way to access the circuit board is to insert or remove it through the removable end caps. Thermal pads are included. In the end you have two possible scenarios.1. It is easy to insert and the top thermal pad has poor contact with the case.2. The top thermal pad makes good contact, but trying to insert it ends with a broken thermal pad. I don't know what they smoked.
