The previous owner put upgraded halogen sealed bars on the factory spark plugs and the spark plugs have been fried. They are designed for higher temperatures etc. They were easy to install, although I had to pry off the rubber cover on one to see which color wire went where. Knowing this, the connectors were easy to attach to the factory wiring harness and securely connect to the new Philips H6054CVC1 CrystalVision halogen bulbs I bought for my classic car. I disagree with some reviewers that they are poor quality and that the wire size is too small. The neoprene boots are nice and thick and sit securely on the outlets, and the 18 gauge wire makes for a quick transition from the factory harness to the outlets. That is good for me.
