Too rough for the eyes. Suitable for face
I have other reusable cotton pads but they are MUCH softer than this one. This one was too rough on my eyes when trying to get my eyeliner and mascara off so I decided to keep it and use it as a toner BUT! The toner just rolls off. I have to catch it before it spills out of the pillow. He's not absorbent. I thought it was the toner I was using, so I tried a different toner. Same problem. So if it's for your face I'd suggest trying it for the price but if it's for eye makeup remover try something else.
