First one was a used one, replacement has been great.

The first one I received seemed like a used return. Screws were missing and cord was scraped up. Replacement has been good. Decent heat output. Warms up the area around my workbenches in the garage pretty well. Remote works great, and is a helpful feature. Same with the timer function. I'm happy with it so far.

Pros

The energy-efficient design of this patio heater means that it won't cost a fortune to run, even if used frequently

Cons

The heater may not be able to adequately warm outdoor spaces in very cold climates
