Updated rating. Now that I've been using it for a few weeks, I'm starting to feel better about my back. I'm glad I made the purchase. I work as a software developer, most of the time I sit at the computer for many hours. Since the offices were closed due to the pandemic, I first bought a cheap office chair on the market, expecting that one day I would have to go back to work and there was no point in buying expensive ergonomic chairs and I ended up with back problems. After several sessions. with a therapist and after working from home for an extended period of time I decided to invest in a good ergonomic chair. I was also looking for one that would have good lumbar, mid-back and lower neck support and would also be suitable for my room and office. After some research, this is just one of the few matte black chairs that will fit my room, so I gave it a try, although it didn't have many reviews. About the chair: - Good lumbar support, you can adjust it to support your lower back - Adjustable armrests, the chair can be adjusted both vertically and laterally. This allows the armrests to reach the ideal table height. Seat adjustment - multiple stops for eight and rocking positions. - Neck support - Wide neck support, ideal for long working hours. those sweaty summer bottoms. - Smooth rolling wheels, easy to slide on the carpet. Overall this is the perfect ergonomic chair, the only downside is that it is very heavy. I'll let you know how my back is in a few weeks.
