We really like this dollhouse. We were between this dollhouse and Hape's much higher All Seasons rating. The selling point for us was the garage and shed. I have two boys that play with it and they both love cars and one is obsessed with our tent in real life so was excited to have one in his playhouse. I haven't had any issues with inferior paintwork or poorly fitting parts. My 3 and 4 year olds can easily open and close the garage. The dollhouse is durable and easy to assemble. The only bad reviews that I agree with are that the light falls off slightly, as does the staircase. Stronger magnets would be great but my sons love the lights and love taking them off and rearranging them or just playing with them so I prefer them to be easy to fall off rather than difficult to remove. I admit that the stairs need improvement. I'm considering gluing them. But that's not a problem for me, because my oldest son also likes to take them off and is very happy about the easy handling. Not many dollhouses had working lights, a garage, shed, and furniture. I do not regret this purchase. generally and rarely leave reviews, but there were so many negative reviews that I was almost afraid to buy it. I'm glad I took the plunge because this dollhouse is perfect for us. I will also try to take a photo in daylight and add it. This Christmas decoration was all I found in my phone. That
