Overall the house is very nice. It has a nice design that both boys and girls will love and looks good in your home. Cute dollhouse! Kids love it, ages 2.5 (girl) and 6 (boy), good size, easy to move with handle. It can be much stronger. We really like this dollhouse. We were between this dollhouse and Hape's much higher All Seasons rating. The selling point for us was the garage and shed. I have two boys that play with it and they both love cars and one is obsessed with our tent in real life so was excited to have one in his playhouse.
