Cute dollhouse! Kids love it, ages 2.5 (girl) and 6 (boy), good size, easy to move with handle. It can be much stronger. The stairwells (both) keep falling off (mine always their super glue) and the banisters can be ripped off, which my kids do a lot. The Hofding is a bit wobbly, good that it slips under, but not quite and not always evenly, yes. however. Will definitely show wear and tear as my kids abuse it, which is what they would try to do. Not wood but some kind of plastic, pressed cardboard I suppose? I have no idea, maybe some real wood mixed lol. But not super strong. So if you want to keep tipping it over and trying to stand on it (my kids and every kid I've ever met) I might go for something more permanent. But otherwise a super cute dollhouse and furniture set. But a cool, versatile toy that if held up can be played and enjoyed endlessly.
